During autumn migration many shorebirds stop to feed at the beach in Seby, Ă–land. Here a dunlin is feeding in the shallow water.
The shorebirds on the beach is full of activity as the evening approaches. The sun is partly covered by clouds and the shoreline is about to end up in the shade, but it is important to use the light to feed.
When the common snipe stepped out into the open it was perfectly reflected in the mirror-like water surface.
